The Blue Tit, the most colourful of its species, luckily I still have a stash of the blue from Quality Street Chocolate tins that I use just for this bird.

Made in my usual style with a steel wire armature and recycled tin soldered into place, then sprayed with a varnish and for Indoor display only

This piece measures 17cm H x 13cm w x 9cm D (approx 7” x 5” x 4”) the bird itself is 12cm from beak to tail.
